Returns

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. You must also return the item(s) with all the original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the amount will be equal to the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different variant, pack size, or suitable alternative, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will issue a refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item(s) are returned to us safely.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged or altered after you received them.
